(12, 15, 17, 18) Finished third at the 2007 British Open at Carnoustie. Led by two strokes after hole No. 16, but missed a playoff berth by one shot. Bettered his previous finish at the British Open, a T8 in his debut in 2006. Also last year, won his first PGA European Tour title with a three-stroke victory at The Deutsche Bank Players' Championship of Europe. A total of six worldwide wins. First Masters appearance.
